Kit is a Los Angeles native. She is a fitness entrepreneur, storyteller, and now feature film director and writer. She’s most known for being a celebrity fitness trainer, having trained the most recognizable and award-winning celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence and Kesha among others.  She’s also built an online community that’s helped tens of thousands learn to love their bodies and achieve their health, fitness, and wellness goals.  She was named one of the Top Five trainers in Los Angeles by SHAPE Magazine.

Kit is a writer, accomplished playwright and has written several plays, including "See You, Maybe" which in its first run starred actress Simone Missick. Kit’s essays have been featured in multiple publications such as the LA Times and SELF magazine.

Kit’s debut feature film, ISABEL’S GARDEN, which she wrote and directed won “Best Feature Film 2024” at the Poppy Jasper International Film Festival and is currently on its international festival run. She’s deeply interested in showcasing real people facing the real challenges of life, and, like in fitness—it’s a frequent theme in her creative work. Kit is now in pre-production on her next two films (a RomCom and a Family Holiday movie).
